Tips for a useful habit:

  • Habits you do almost every day or almost never won't produce reliable results, no matter how long you track them — aim for roughly 40–60% of days if you want a clear answer.
  • If it's really a threshold on something that varies (a bedtime, a dosage, a duration), track the actual number instead of yes/no — you'll get a clearer answer with less data.
  • Habits you always do together will look statistically identical to each other. To find out which one actually matters, occasionally do them separately.

Color a metric's cells when its value falls in a range you set, e.g. Readiness% ≥ 80 green, ≤ 70 red. Ranges are checked top to bottom; the first match wins. Only visible to you.
